Notes on Project Communications
Two types of communications are employed throughout this project.
Formal communications: Standing meetings, briefings and scheduled updates programmed at key stages throughout the life of the project following which a note / minute is produced.
Informal communications: Discussions, non routine meetings, and correspondence between project members, not necessarily minuted or notes taken but that have a bearing on the project.
