I normally do not exercise, but beings I am on this new diet. I have started to walk a lot more than I normally would. I could add in some more exercises but for right now I am going to only focus at walking. I feel that if I took on more exercises, I will quit doing what needs to be done.
The amount of energy and everyday changes would be for me to walk a lot more. Taking an extra step forward will help me obtain my goal of physical activity. Beings I am beginning to exercise, I think that the best exercise for me to do and focus on most is, walking like I had mentioned earlier. I could however, start using dumb bells when I am walking to work out my arms. I have heard this is a good idea and you burn more calories.
I could perform these activities year-round. I would just need to bundle up during the winter and wear breathe able exercise clothes during the summer time. When I do continue in the summer time, it is wise for me to make sure that I have a bottle of water with me because I would not want to get over heated or dehydration. I live in Texas, so the summers do tend to get pretty hot.
