I originally decided to do my consumer product project on the AB Lounge, but while conducting my research I realized that the AB Lounge had a direct competitor because the AB Chair is a direct knock off of it. These two products have only a few differences, but the largest difference being the price. The AB Lounge came out first; therefore, t had every right to determine its own net worth, but the AB Chair took advantage of the AB Lounge’s high prices then adds a few extra features, which allowed it to become a competent competitor in the AB Machine frenzy. By reading reviews on several people’s testimonials they both have mixed reviews. Both machines had several positive feed back about people’s results, while the negative comments had similar complaints about the accommodating height requirements. Shorter people and people taller than 5’8’’ experienced the same difficulty in adjusting it to conform to their size.
Both machines are able to target the core stomach muscles and can also strengthen the back, shoulders, and legs providing a full body workout that has the best results when done at least ten minutes a day and being on some sort of diet. Like all exercise equipment the results vary because everybody’s body is different. The good thing about both of these machines is that it doesn’t matter what level your current state of fitness is these machines are meant to make doing crunches a little more comfortable for everyone to do. Doing crunches is obviously beneficial to your health, so if people would get past the fact that you do have to put in time and effort to get the results that you want, then most of these ab machines should be able to do what they say. But everyone is looking for the miracle diet the miracle workout and the miracle ab machine that is the easiest and the fastest in getting results.
