Abortion is a Selfish Act of Forced Cruelty
All across the United States woman are exercising their Constitutional rights to an abortion even though this procedure is cruel and ultimately leaves behind innocent mangled fetus to suffer and die. What is even more shocking than the abortion itself is the selfish reasons women use to convince themselves abortion is okay. I feel abortion is wrong, inhumane, and it is murder of innocent unborn children. For the sake of the unborn children it needs to stop immediately.
I feel is important to explain a few abortion procedures used today because it reflects the inhumane nature these poor innocent fetuses go through. One method is called dilatation and curettage, and it begins with paralyzing and stretching of the cervix muscle. Then a curette (instrument that looks like scissors) is put into the opening and used to hack the unborn baby into unrecognizable pieces. The left over remains are scooped out and discarded as if it was yesterday’s newspaper. Another method is the suction method and involves inserting a hollow plastic tube just big enough for the fetus and then fastened to a strong vacuum. The helpless fetus is sucked into a bottle all the while being torn into pieces. Yet another cruel abortion is called partial birth abortions. The doctors grabs the baby's legs and yanks them out through the birth canal leaving only the head still in. It has been noted on occasion baby’s legs were moving indicating fighting for their survival. The doctor uses extremely sharp surgical scissors and gashes a hole in the fragile baby's skull where the helpless baby’s brain is sucked out. With nothing left in the skull it collapses and the dead child is removed and discarded. I view these abortion procedures as cruel and basically intentinal murder of poor defenseless fetuses that should be punishable under a law.
What are even more disturbing than the procedures are the excuses to justify the reasons behind these cruel acts....
