Abortion a real Option?
Nowadays, abortion is a very controversial topic in society. Abortion is when women decide not to have their baby for many reasons, so they practice or do some things to keep the baby from growing. Abortion is not allowed in many countries around the world included Costa Rica. The controversy is because many people are in favor of this activity because for them it can solve many problems, but in the other hand other people as I think that it is not the best way to solve something. Both opinions have their reasons and ways to justify their thoughts with personal ideas or scientifics and professional people that are involved in it thought facts and studies. However, in my opinion abortion must be prohibited for three main reasons.
The first reason, is the religious part as the Catholic Holly Bible says "You will not kill" Ephesians 20: 13 and if people practice it will not obey one of the most important commandment. Another public figure that was against the abortion was Pope John Paul ll in his Evangelium Vitae Encyclical (1968).” Nothing and nobody can permit the killing of an innocent human being, whether fetus or embryo, child or adult, elderly, terminally ill or dying. Any authority legitimately recommends or permits.” (Chapter 3).The Catholic Church is also against abortion, so the catholics obey it and respect this command. Also, if people start killing others there will not be more life in Earth, so the human race will disappear. In addition, accept or make and abortion process affects the people moral because they are doing something against God. For example, according to doctor Nathanson, a United States pioneer of abortion, during an abortion practice when he was introducing a suction tube to crush the fetus, he got surprised to see how the child ran away from the tube and opened his mouth as screaming, activity that was recorded in a video known as the "Silent Scream", this situation changed Nathanson moral and ethical...
