Abusive Behavior

I will be writing a paper. There will be four parts to this paper. Part one of this paper will be about “How this type of behavior was abusing the system”, Part two of this paper will be about “How this type of behavior was disrespectful to the NCOIC”, Part three of this paper will be about “ Specific plans on how service member will get to work in the future if his driveway is not passable, and how these plans will be utilized for future incidents”, Part four of this paper will be about “ The importance of being on time”.
Part one: How this type of behavior was abusing the system. I will be describing how a particular event could have been viewed as abusing the system; however I will be showing both views 1. How it could have been viewed as abusing the system and 2. How it could have appeared that the system was not abused. You must know the particular event I will be referring to in order to fully understand.
On the evening of Sunday January 04, 2009 a service member contacted their Non Commissioned Officer in Charge to give them a weather update because it was snowing a great deal where the service member lived. The Non Commissioned Officer in Charge lived in the bigger city which was 40 + miles away and the service member did know if the Non Commissioned Officer in Charge was aware of such conditions. When the service member reached the Non Commissioned Officer in Charge by telephone the two discussed the weather and the service member informed the NCOIC that their drive-way was not drivable in the service member’s car due to several steep hills and that it was not likely going to get any better over night. The service member simply wanted to inform the Non Commissioned Officer in Charge that there was a good possibility that the service member would not make it in to work the following morning.
