Executive Summary

This document is prepared and presented by the author, to detail the proposed Jet Transition Training Program developed by Abacus Training in response to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Steadfast Aviation Services and the client airline.

The details of the MOU include the intention of the client airline to provide 100 students per annum to undertake the jet conversion training program developed and conducted by Abacus Jet Conversion Training.

This Abacus Training Jet Transition Program Business Plan details the physical, human and financial resources required to successfully implement the project and identifies the required start up capital (inclusive of first three months operational budget).

The initial funding required is in the amount of $1,400.000.00 (Australian Dollars).

The nominated level of funding will ensure the venture is sufficiently capitalised to meet cash flow requirements during establishment and initial operations as identified in the financial analysis provided.
