Financial services industry in Hong Kong has become more flourishing in recent years. This profession does offer bright prospects for the future and thus lots of people choose to start their careers in this field. To me, I am interested in financial servicing as well. Not only can this industry provide me a glamorous career, but also gives me an invaluable opportunity to explore my aspirations. Everything is changing every minute in the financial world. Everyone is going through ups and downs, is earning or is losing every day. This is why financial servicing attracts me ––– I enjoy embracing new challenges.
According to my great interest in financial industry, I therefore chose Global Business as my major subject in my Associate Degree program. In order to learning authentically and helping reach my goals, I began my internship program in Redstone Global Investment Limited (RSG) in fall 2011. Indeed, I have gained a lot of precious experiences. For example, I have learned practical financial servicing and customer servicing skills, and the sound knowledge obtained has laid a solid foundation for my future career. Furthermore, I have met people from different walks of life and they have surely broadened my horizons. By communicating with different customers, my language proficiency has been significantly improved, especially in English. I particularly enjoy the satisfaction and pleasure obtained from the nurturing relationships I forged with every colleague and customer and the sense of achievement when I successfully finished my duties. The days in RSG brought me a turning point ––– I decided to make financial ____????____ as my future job.
