In addition, I will explain how the high level domestic and global environmental factors may impact the organization marketing decisions along with how technology can have a profound affect on the business marketing decisions. Also, I will confirm the importance of ethics in American Postal Workers Unions organization along with social responsibility in marketing.
In the American Postal Workers Union organization they are a union based organization, which their main goal is to protect the employees. American Postal Workers Union strives on making sure that equality is adhered to. In order to keep their domestic and global union organization running efficiently and productively they must ensure that environmental factors that impact marketing decisions in the global and domestic business have not taunted their marketing decisions. For instance, domestic factors that could influence American Postal Workers Union organizations marketing is staying abreast to the company’s contract agreement, so that the members needs are being met regardless to the ever-changing environment.
