The Riordan Manufacturing Company is a company that creates plastic bottles for all over the world. The Riordan Manufacturing Company is a successful company that has multiple locations all over the world. Riordan Manufacturing needs a system design for the HR department to improve their system requirements. The purpose of this plan is to create a system design with all requirements to improve the HR department technology and to enhance the HR department to be more efficient for the Riordan Manufacturing Company and all the locations that is included. The plan will consist of system requirements ideas to improve the systems within the HR department. This improves more efficiency within the company to improve systems and to make sure that all HR personnel will have access within the systems in all locations. The idea is to have better software for HR to maintain and add employees and to maintain records.
