ABSTRACT

The study followed a purposive design of research. It aimed at finding Recruitment and Selection practices with primary focus on Sahara India Pariwar. As such the total sample consists of two groups and fifty subjects for the questionnaire and this study provides an insight into the existing practices of RECRUITMENT and SELECTION within the organizations. An objective endeavor has been made to interpret the results of the study and appreciate the merits and demerits of the entire system. The success of any organization depends on its individuals, groups, and work life they have. For the success the management should take care of its employee’s needs and feelings. The study of Recruitment and Selection Practices at Sahara India Pariwar helps one to have a fair idea of how effectively and efficiently the employees of the organization are utilized so as to extract the best from them. The employees and the management work hand in hand under the umbrella of Sahara family of which they call themselves the members.
