MEMORENDUM THROUGHOUT WORKING IN RUANG
1. On time Monthly Salary.
Based on the previous meeting, this issue has been discussed during the
annual meeting last December. But based on our review, theres no action has
been taken from En Mohd Noor. We still get our salary late and its always
cleared after the 7th of the new month. This thing is not once or twice
happening to all of us, but its every month. Due to our personal commitment,
most of the month we need to pay extra due to the late payment (penalty)
2. Overtime rate per hour
We want you to consider this issue as per our working time more than usual.
Or maybe you can give us certain amount to cover up our expenses on those
3. Revised on the Monthly Allowances (for site people)
Based on certain amount that you give to us is not enough to cover up all
expenses like petrol, toll, parking ticket and all. The big chunks from the
allowances amount is being used for petrol, toll and parking for RUANG
working purpose. I believe that the term of allowances is for the extra money
for us when we are working outside from the office. Based on the previous
month, we had to face this problem that we have been voicing out to En
Mohd Noor, but no actions is been taken. From my understanding, petrol,
toll & parking it should be covered by RUANG as its for working purposes.
4. Request for Socso to all RUANG staffs.
This is the standard requirement to all employees. Based on the employee’s
law, employees with the basic salary below then rm3000 employers need to
pay for socso.
5. Request for a certain rate/amount working during weekends/public
We would like to request certain amount for working on weekends or public
holiday. Currently right now, there’s no rate/amount is been pay to us when
we work during the weekends/public holiday. We believe that, we should
have a day off once a week. This thing has been mention to En Mohd Noor,
but sadly to say, he mentions...
