I was born on a sunny, hot day in August in Vineland New Jersey. I am the only daughter out of 5 children and am a product of Filipino Catholic immigrants. We were raised in Hammonton, New Jersey. Both my parents are both physicians & I currently live with them in Mays Landing, New Jersey. I moved back from Kailua Kona, Hawaii where I lived for 6 years this past Christmas. My name is Joyce Miranda. I went to grade school in Hammonton and went to a private catholic school in Newfield, New Jersey named Villa Rossello. I received my Bachelors Degree in Accounting at La Salle University. Out of college, I lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and my first job was with Fund Data Services, Inc. And then worked for Merrill Lynch, PricewaterHouse Coopers and then with TIAA-Cref. I worked in the corporate world for about 10 years and decided to try something different. I decided to travel and take a break from the working in the corporate world. I went to massage therapy school here in Mays Landing, New Jersey and proceeded to Kailua Kona, Hawaii, where I worked as a massage therapist and bartended. Its an amazing island and where I learned to surf. I miss it. Since my return from Hawaii I have had a lot of free time, so I do occupy it by playing the piano. I have been playing that instrument since I was 3 yrs old. I also read a lot and I love going to the movies. I am also an big fan of physical fitness & I have ran several half and full marathons. I love my friends and family and try to hang out with them as much as possible. I had the opportunity to drive cross country and skydive. It is my desire to travel more and experience as many different cultures as possible. I do believe I am very outgoing and love adventurous activities. The way I would love see myself in the future would of course be happily married with 2 kids. I also would like to see world peace. As far as career oriented , I am taking my MBA because would like to further my education and use this degree...
