Abstract

We have been hired by the Bead Bar company to employ the professional abilities of Stan’s information systems consulting firm. Our responsibility is to advise the Bead Bar on the implementation and sustainment of an information system that will convert their existing paper-based system. We will be using the standard seven phase systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodology to implement and maintain Bead Bar’s information system. An examination on the purpose and impact of this project will be conducted. In addition, we will outline the steps and tasks required in each phase of this project. A guideline for the systems review and maintenance schedule will also be introduced.
