Jim from Carnal Knowledge
Jim from Carnal Knowledge is a character who seems to fall into love very easily, and will do a lot of things for it. When he meets this girl, he realizes that she is a very attractive woman. Jim is someone who when he meets a girl will do anything for that girl to like them, and falls into love with girls easily.
He was on the beach relaxing and just got out of a relationship and meets this girl whose dog pees on him, Alena. As soon as he meets her though, his thoughts change because at first he wanted to kill the dog. Then, when he realized she was the owner, was telling her how it was alright and it wasn’t that big of a problem. So immediately you can tell how he changes for a girl based on just her looks.
She invited him back to her place to apologize for the incident to make up for it. She tells him a little about her life like how she’s a vegan and cares a lot about animals. He goes along with it and actually tells her that he is a vegan as well, and this was right after he ate a pastrami sandwich. He even tries to make a funny joke saying that he’s from Venus himself, which wasn’t a success. They end up having sex later that night and both Alena and Jim take that a different way. You can tell that he really has feelings with this girl and the next day they go protest. Jim never thought that he would be doing anything like this and ends up taking it pretty seriously, just for this girl. He takes it so seriously that a lady, who wears stuff similar to what Jim would wear, comes out of a car and Jim immediately starts yelling at her and gets punched in the face for it.
So this man has completely changed for this woman so far, and that was just the beginning. She ends up telling him about this mission about freeing turkeys before Thanksgiving, when Jim has been eating them every Thanksgiving. Of course he accepts, and they even take his car for it. When...
