A driving ranges promotion can change its whole perception in an instant. It’s not easy to promote, but if its done well can mean a very successful business. The slogan in my driving range appeals to a retired or an older demographic. “Why not drive in your spare time?” The slogan refers to the free or spare time older people have in their retirement. It’s a good hobby to pick up when you have money to spend and free time because you’re able to do it so consistently. My ads will consist of an old retired man hitting a golf ball with a smile on his face, this shows he’s a happy man enjoying the driving range. I’ll put the ads all over the Greenville county area and on internet websites to not only make more money but make the driving range more popular as well. In order to succeed in any company one must make their company popular and put it “on the radar” and one way of doing that is social media. If I make a twitter, facebook, and instagram for my driving range that’s three successful ways to advertise. The twitter could inform customers on deals and such. The facebook could promote the company itself by getting friends online and making the business known. The instagram could have pictures of customers and such enjoying themselves at the driving range. That is three successful ways to make more money and promote a company from your phone. With all these promotions and such a driving range owner can make from 70,000-100,000(average is 90,000) dollars a year. The money depends on how much of what you spent (billboards, computer ads) became profitable. So how much a driving range owner makes depend on much of that and the ROI can’t be told exactly.
