Week 3 - Code of Ethics

A business’s code of conduct guides the ethical business behavior practices of all the persons and employees within the business. Our code not only describes how we do business, but also defines the responsibility for each and every one of us in protecting our business’ reputation, and our reputation as an ethical and responsible operation. First level employees are attracted and more customers are satisfied with a strong code of ethics. We practice individual responsibility, integrity, and accountability. We ensure that the job will be done right the first time and if any issues arise than we will make every attempt that it is resolved in a professional and swift manner.
We base our code of ethics on three basic pillars; the individual, the customer, and the global character of our business. Our code of conduct is at the center of our daily decision making process and each one of those pillars is our stepping stone to achieve our higher standard of business conduct that will allow us to grow socially and economically.
Individual: We believe in people not because of what they are but more for what they have the possibility of becoming. Passion, Talent, Compromise, Integrity.
Customer: It is our mission to make sure our clients feel proud of using our services. Excellence, Innovation, Collaboration.
