Abstract
This paper will appraise ABC’s compliance to environmental regulations with the following federal statues: RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, FIFRA, CWA, CAA, and EPCRA via a systematic approach. In addition, discuss risk management steps that can be taken to avoid risks and liability exposure from environmental liability. Lastly, discuss the leadership roles, duties, opportunities, and risk associated with environmental regulation for multination corporations. 
















Conserving the environment has become a large concern. Businesses that produce, process, or manufacture hazardous waster and or pollutants are required to be in compliance, which places immense burdens on businesses mainly being costly. However, if businesses do not comply with the restrictions and regulations set in place, they risk litigation and or closure of their business. Franky, Wong, Chan, and Patrick, (2012, p. 157), state, The regulatory compliance costs of environmental law look set to increase significantly due to tightening regulations and the need to accept responsibility and pay for the detriments caused to the environment as the result of human activities. Management is tasked with implementing a strategic guideline to ensure its company is in compliance with the law. All operations of businesses are governed within a set of laws. Environmental compliance is vital if a business wants to be successful and increase its sustainability.
