Humana Inc. strives to meet unique and ever changing needs of family members to seniors to military members to the self employed. The organization and its associates are dedicated to customer service and utilizing innovation to provide superior coverage and service to their customers. Humana Inc. serves a large population of consumers from every demographic providing superior health care coverage needs. Humana Inc. is expanding by creating a new division that addresses the ever changing insurance market in regards to the policies outlined by the Affordable Health Care Act.

Humana Inc. is designed to serve a variety of customers from all cultures, ethnicities, and religious backgrounds with the intent of providing affordable and reliable health coverage. Some of the major competitors that Humana are up against are very large well established insurance providers such as Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Community Care. While these competitors are well established in the health coverage field, Humana Inc. can create a niche for itself by providing innovative and competitive coverage that works around new health care guidelines. This will provide customers with a strong degree of health care coverage while also providing affordability for the individual consumer.
