Abstract
This is a paper about Legal and Ethical Environment of Business init I will discuss National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL) and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA) and also uniformity in commercial laws although I am not to familiar with this subject I will do my best to be informative.

Before the UCITA there was (UCC)the Uniform Commercial Code then the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL) is the entity that promoted uniformity in commercial laws and ULC members must be lawyers, qualified to practice law they are practicing lawyers, judges legislators and legislative staff and law professors who have been appointed b y state government’s they worked for the uniformity of state laws since 1892.


According to the information that was presented to us the students the major difference is that they voted to adapt the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA) which is intended to promote uniformity in the area of computer information transactions.






The legal distinction between selling and licensing is that when you are selling something you have the rights to that product to sell it. Licensing is a binding agreement that you have between you and someone else giving you rights to sell a particular product to someone that agrees to pay that particular price and what your profits or commission will be for selling that particular product(s). An example is if you have a small store and you sell soft drinks like pepsi you buy it from a distributor who has a license to sell it, you have bought it but you do not have rights to the name but you may sell the soft drink.
