INTRODUCTION
The main purpose of this report is to analyze the strategic management of JB Hi-Fi Limited to
advise the Board and Senior Management of JB Hi-Fi. The report will be divided into two sections.
The first section will provide the strategic analyses, containing four parts: TOWS analysis, key
capabilities analysis, stakeholder analysis and generic business level strategy analysis. The second
