Unit 1 P2
Stake holders of Greenwich
Stake holders of IBM
The most important stakeholder is the residents would not be happy with the tax being raised by 10% since most of the residents are not Old Age Pensioner’s. If the majority pf the public are not happy, they can write to the council explaining their issue. Also they can phone the council explaining the issue.
The other stake holder that would have an issue with this is the Civil servants they would not be happy with this because they might not be able to look afford the 10% increase in tax unless if the government increased their wages at the same time. If the civil servants wanted to challenge, they would write to the council explaining why they are unhappy with the situation. Secondly they could have a public protest.
The most important stakeholder is the employees. I said this because IBM expects the employees to work from home. They should have given the employees a choice since some have loads of kids at home. And they would always be getting distracted and not getting the work done. If the employees wanted to challenge this they could talk to their manager and inform them about their opinion or the employee may go to the Employee union.
The other stakeholder is the manager’s because they would have to be travelling by public transport to get to the employees working from home. If the managers wanted to challenge IBM they could e-mail the managing director asking him to change his mind about it.
