Ramona is a recent graduate of Liberty University looking for a job. She is offered a great opportunity to check out the company, Next Step Herbal Health, who is known as one of the fastest growing companies in America. While talking to the recruiter she is able to ask specific details about how the company is truly run. Using a spiritual and ethical perspective of the positive and negative facts received from her experience with Next Step Herbal Health I concluded that she should not take the job due to the corporate culture, honesty, and ethics of the company.

Right away they will be offering a starting salary of 80,000 plus commissions and she will be put in a leadership position as a junior manager. They have made it known that a lot of young people are able to move up the chain and receive promotions feasibly. She would also be a part of the fastest growing companies in America as well as one whom promotes ethics.
