Business Paper

Introduction Groups Affected For the sake of my analysis, I have determined the scope of the decision to affect Mimi, my parents, the renters, myself, and then how this all effects society. Mimi and I are affected for the same reasons which are utility payments, convenience, time, parking, living conditions, overall satisfaction, location, and gas payments due to travel. In all of these cases I am going to be comparing our current apartment, the status quo, with a general, non specific downtown apartment based o what I have read and seen in advertisements. This would be a net cost to society of $840 a year to society. The next cost I looked at was the travel cost for both my sister and me based on the change in amounts we would each pay as a result of moving to a more downtown location. Currently I estimated I spend about $10/month on gas and my...
