Intro
Apple Inc., designs Macs, the best personal computers in the world, along with OS X, iLife, iWork and professional software. Apple leads the digital music revolution with its iPods and iTunes online store. Apple has reinvented the mobile phone with its revolutionary iPhone and App Store, and has recently introduced iPad 2 which is defining the future of mobile media and computing devices." ("Apple Inc. Mission Statement Is Not Very Innovative and Barely A Mission At All ", 2013). Apple launched Apple Maps application for its iOS system to give their customer a turn-by-turn direction, voice integration, and flyover and vector-based maps. At Apple, we strive to make world-class products that deliver the best experience possible to our customers (Apple, INC 2013). This issue is that Apple had to build the system from the ground up and did not test the issues of the new application before launching it. The launch was not successful for Apple standards, this paper will outline a survey questions for Apple customer so that the next launch will be successful.
The research design that Learning Team D chose to utilize is the exploratory research design. This research design enables us to form a hypothesis, gather information and analyze that data for review. The targeted populations for the completion of the survey are users of Apple products, specifically iPhone users.

1. How often do you utilize the Map function on your iPhone?

2. When using the iPhone Map function, how often did you experience incorrect directions?
