Task
1) Indentify the purpose of different types of organisation giving examples?
There are many different types of organisation that belongs to differently to consumers. The types of business that exists under the industrial business sector and they are:
1) Private sector
2) Public sector
Private sector
The Private sector can be defined as a sector that contains busin3ss which is owned by private individuals and all the income and profit the company makes goes to the individuals/owners, there are many business n the private sector that have one major aim which is to provide a quality servicer and good to their customers.
Pegasus Cycles provides products as well as services to their customers at a cost. When they purchase goods from manufactures they add an additional amount of money to the original price at which they paid to buy the product the products and also the VAT rate before a huge profit after selling the products and ensure survival of their business.
Public Sector
The public sector is made up of organizations that are set up, owned and run by government. The companies in this sector are service provides to their customers sometimes at a cost. These companies are not looking forward to make a huge profit but they charge the customers as small amount of money for certain services they provide to them. For example, when a customer wants to pay their utility bills They charge a lower cost to carry out the services as compared to private sector business such as ISON Harrison solicitors that will charge the customers a higher price to provide the service because they want to make a profit.
