I have been long depicting myself a key player in merger & acquisition sector of a strategic healthcare company. Because such position would enable me to apply my rigorous analytical and transacional skills acquired from my professional experience, and meanwhile allow me to work in an industry where I can contribute to others – the ultimate customers, for example – with my perception and compassion.

However, my career aspiration is more than getting a position in a lucrative business. When I envision myself ten years from now, I see an insightful CEO who is not only a strategic decision-maker tasked with growing a company through acquisitions and strategic partnership, but also an ethical leader guiding a socially responsible company toward a sustainable success over the long haul.

Over two years ago, I quit my first job right after my fourth promotion within three years in Financial Audit to pursue a job in M&A Advisory. Although my exemplary expereience of leading different engagement teams and serving over fourty audit clients from a diversity of industry earned me a predictable as well as promising future as an audit professional, I became to realize that my passion lies in far beyond auditing figures. Conversely, I gained a greater fulfilment from sharing sparkling ideas from talents with different background, exploring inside story of a business, and witnessing how a decision fuel a company’s growth.

In the beginning of the following two years, I involved in merger&acquisition from various perspectives, from collabration with investment bank and private equity, to reporting directly to business development team of Fortune 500. At a later stage, I expressed an special inclination to deals in healthcare industry. Because I am strongly fond of the distinction that makes the healthcare deal different from other projects, the human side, which we often skip over when measuring other business.
