Chapter VI
Tiredness is what people experience when they don’t have enough rest and sleep. People experience tiredness all the time. I have been tired a number of times in my life due to certain factors.
I sometimes feel tired when I am at school. That’s because I always stay up to talk to friends about what’s going to happen tomorrow, or watching the latest TV shows. Other times, I catch up on work that I had missed out and rush assignments. Sometimes, there is so much work, that I have to stay up every day to finish it off. During lessons, I feel very sleepy. I force myself to stay awake. But it is very difficult to stay awake once sleepiness settles in. As a consequence I have dozed off to sleep a number of times in class. I do not notice something is wrong till one of my friends who are sitting next to me nudges me awake. Then I feel the embarrassment.
After seeing that not having enough sleep is costing me my studies, I have now come up with a strategy. I now try to finish every bit of work I have at school, and if I cannot finish it at school, then I come home and finish it straight away. If I still don’t finish it, then I will go to sleep early no matter what, and wake up early the next day to finish it off.
Tiredness is a negative aspect as it causes problems in one’s everyday life, as it has affected my life in the past.
Chapter VII-to be corrected
Many films and TV shows focuses on a particular aspect of people’s behaviour or relationships. They do this to show that all human beings are imperfect and we all have flaws that can affect our relationships with others. One film that focuses on people’s behaviour and relationships is the movie ‘The Superhero Movie’. This movie shows a number of superhero characters and how their flaws affect their relationships.
In the movie ‘The Superhero Movie’, the characters are hilarious, ironic and over-exaggerated. The characters are from a number of different movies, such as X-Men, Spiderman, Fantastic Four...
