Practice Delivery: Constantly practice your business presentation so that you can give a knockout performance. It is important to practice, therefore eliminating awkward pauses and stuttering. It also helps you better perform your speech practicing in front of others to get feed back.
Forget Comedy: Try avoiding comedy, jokes, flirting. If the audience wanted a comedy they would be at a Chris Rock performance. Some people don’t take comedy to well, especially in business. Peoples money and future’s are always on the line in business.
Pick Powerful Props: This doesn’t mean bringing a David Copperfield disappearing mechanism to perform tricks during your presentation, it simply means simple props help audience better understand certain information.
Minimize You: Basically the audience can care less about how much the product is benefiting you, as much as they care about how much its helping others. Also how it can help them by relating and eliminating problems that they may face.
Speak the Language: In order to have a knockout business presentation you must speak the audience’s language. So that they are not left trying to figure out what it was that you just said. This also means try to use propositions that you know they can relate into there everyday lives.
