Affordable, southern style country home cooking is what PoFolk’s is. We like to take pride in quality homemade food. We are located in the Southern states. At Pofolk’s you’re our guest and we do our best to give you quality, quantity, and of course go easy on your pockets. To do this we have to have several key players involved to make this happen. The specific location staff is made up of “Po Managers, Po Hosts/Cashiers, Po Servers and the Po Kitchen staff. All these positions play a critical part in being able to maintain a pleasurable dining experience.
As a Po Manager your duties are as followed… Take account for every employee in their field. Such as all servers in attendance, a host, and two cashiers. The required amount of kitchen staff for the day or night shift. Open and count cash registers for cashiers. Assist any employee if needed. Do all required closing duties, such as, countdown registers, run daily sales reports and logging all operation transactions. Also as a Po Manager you have to be responsible for hiring and terminating staff.
Cashiers and Hosts are positions at PoFolk’s that are our guest’s first impression. First impressions are everything. So at PoFolk’s as a cashier or hosts your duties include, to greet a guest with a “Howdy” and a smile. As a host you would seat them at an appropriate sized table and inform them who their server will be. The next step would be to notify the server that they have guest. As a cashier you will “check guest out”. In this process we would like you to assist guest in paying for their meal. While handling the cash, this is the final opportunity to get feedback from the guest on their dining experience. At this time if anything could be improved or addressed, PoFolk’s still has the chance to please the guest.
The servers as mentioned earlier are a vital position in Po success. As a server your main duty is to wait on our guest. In part of that you will be required to prep any appetizers. Take drink...
