3. Some brands may spend more money on packaging than other brands to catch your attention when you are shopping. While other brands prefer to pay for the shelf level on which their products are displayed instead of working as much on the packaging. They do this so that the product will be displayed at eye level and you will see the product and gain interest while shopping. There is also one more simple reason, the quality of the product may be different to the more expensive brands. Maybe the home brand just used plain honey while ‘Trans Alpine’ may get their honey from bees that only collect their nectar from White Clover flowers.

While the products that are packaged individually are a lot more expensive considering the extra and unnecessary packaging. Keeping this factor in mind, the travelling group would not purchase anything that is individually packed. They will aim for the bigger containers for cheaper prices.
