Team, I would like to thank Mr. Spencer for the opportunity and trust, that he has place in me to put together, a compensation plan, which will benefit you and the organization. It is this kind of trust that I continue express to you all the kind of organization that InterClean perfect. I hope that this plan will be one of the best plans that InterClean has ever had, and I hope that this plan will be implemented throughout the whole organization. I have the faith that once you all had an opportunity to view this plan you will fill as I do about our new sales team compensation plan. Mr. Spencer and I want you to enjoy working at InterClean, and want you to feel part of this organization as InterClean moves to the next phase. Mr. Spencer and I realize the importance of a good compensation plan and what it could mean in retaining current and new workers. In my compensation plan you will see a new plan that will allow employee’s time off for days not cumulated through sick days this will be a part of the new compensation plan. I would like to thank Mr. Martin and others that helped create this compensation plan as you may remember Mr. Martin was hired by Mr. Spencer to be the new VP of sales. Now, with that said, let me, introduce you to are new compensation plan.

This new plan will allow you to pick from a list of plans from A-C or the employee can pick from the three making his or her own plan; giving you the employee a choice that is best for you and your family.
