The Chef’s Choice Restaurant fine dinning restaurant that is located at 820 Hoffman Home Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325, approximately 5 miles outside of Gettysburg. Since the cliental is more for upper middle class, upper class and career oriented younger professionals, retired seniors with disposable income and of course tourists. Even though this is a fine dining restaurant there will be times through out the year when we will have to adapt the restaurant to the cliental of the season. Example, during the winter Gettysburg, has a lot of skier and so the venue for the restaurant and the menu may have to be to caterer to tourist of the season.
The manager of my restaurant will have uncontrollable expenses such as utilities, taxes, wages, and labor. But with enough experience I do feel that manager can control some of these marketing/advertising, accounting, supplies as long as they are handled properly.
