Case 10: Evaluating the Consultation and Education Department Paper
Introduction
This paper will discuss at least one process evaluation measure, and at least one outcome evaluation measure that could be used for the Consultation and Education Department at Greenby Community Mental Health Center to evaluate program effectiveness, and efficiency. The paper will also discuss the scope and purpose of the given process evaluation, and outcome evaluation measures, and how they may influence the design of the organization. The issues and challenges that can result from the evaluation of Greenby Community Mental Health Center will also be addressed. Finally, an explanation on the helpfulness to the Consultation and Education Department director’s situation will be discussed in this paper.

Process Evaluation Measure
The Greenby Community Mental Health Center, and its Consultation and Education Departments, (C and E Department), is on the verge of losing its funding. McDonald must show the program director and the organizations stakeholders that the programs offered are needed within the community. The Consultation and Education Department are very useful to many people throughout the community, and many other programs have benefitted from regular clients telling others in the community about programs offered. One process evaluation measure that can be used to help the Greenby Community Mental Health Center will need to be evaluated for the outcome and effectiveness.
