DR: Okay, all right, so, are you aware that you’re having any spells?
DR: Okay, what do you experience?
PT: Uh, what do I experience? Um, Um, I just feel, I guess spacy. Um, sometimes I feel like my temperature rises. Yet, um, it’s hard to describe.
DR: When did these usually occur?
PT: At night. While Sleeping.

DR: Okay, have you injured yourself in any way during any of these episodes? Bitten your tongue? Um, you know bumped anything?
PT: No, not

PT: During the night I’m usually flat on my back in bed.
DR: All right, and does it awaken you in the night?

DR: And you know something has already happened or it happens at that time?
PT: It happens at that time.
PT: I’ll usually look at the clock to see what time it is.
PT: I’ll say something to my wife.
DR: And you may have a couple of these in a night?
DR: Or just one?
PT: Just one.
DR: Just one. Okay. All right, Um, any description of what you see?
