Concentrates and Canning Food Introduction, Now we will introduce one of the most useful projects in Egypt and all over the world, it is Agriculture Manufacturing.
The importance of this project is two things:
1. Encourage Agriculture which to enhance food market.
2. Encourage Manufacturing which about to do the state of doing it.
This kind of investment is so wanted because now the cost of Agriculture in E urope be high so they stop this kind of manufacturing and buy ready product out source susch as Canning which it is the method of preserving food and helped the usher in the costumer age and save time.
Objective:
1. Compare Europen Products.
2. Put our Egyptian products from fruit canned in Europe market and raised the value of Egyptian Products under world that Made in Egypt.
3. Exposed to people the about the product.
Strength:
1. Egypt have the longest season of tomato all over the world with cheap labour than Europe for example so we have good potinial market with Europe.
2. The very good taste of fruits like guava and mango.
3. Encourage of Agriculture from our Govenment.

Weakness:
1. Factory of concentrates cannot work in 12 months (300 days) because it works according to fruits or tomato seasons and this cannot exceed 9 months maximum so he pay fixed cost 12 months for actual work 9 months.
2. Any problem happened in crop of fruits of tomato effect directly production and no forcastle or solution.
Opportunity:
1. Most of Europe country stop concentrates manufacturing during the last 5 years, so we have very opportunity.
2. My product cost by the Egyptian puond because all raw material local and sell export by USD dollar so i gain foreign currency for country..
Threat:
1. Weather unstable if happened and effect on crop.
2. If we did not go with technology in Agriculture in future we didnt get high quality products.
Pricing:
It must be cheaper than any similar imported product or market leader brand locally to encourage the...
