Creative Thinker
Creativity is the ability to produce something new through imaginative skill. The power of creativity will allow you to create anything at all, whether it’s be an idea, a solution, tangible product, system, work of art, or a program. In my organization we
have an individual named Jill Bentrup who was a young woman in a high position. I feel she is in that position because of her ability to think creativity. Jill is a Senior Operations Manager with Talx and has room to continue to grow.
Jill is a creative thinker because she appears to easily figure out an alternative plan when it is an unexpected number of calls for the day or a sudden power outage. She successfully plans out to coordinate daily workloads and schedules. She is able to talk through problems with the supervisors, and finds way to understand one another. Jill works hard on improving the relationships with clients, colleagues, and all employees. She effectively plans the different budgets for the various departments.
Jill is a creative thinker because she thinks in a fresh new way that improves the organization and increases productivity, consistently responding to change with new ideas. Jill is creative because she is able to quickly shift in and out of different types of thinking depending on the needs of the situation at hand, and she is persistent in striving to reach the companies goals, this creates a very positive and profitable impact on our organization.
Creative think has help to push Jill pass her coworker and other manager into a higher level of management. As she continues to use and develop her skills even more her possibilities will be endless.
