Throughout history groups of extremists have tried to eradicate other groups for various reasons, but these attempts have been marked by the human race's refusal to allow such methodical slaughter to occur. Unfortunately Numerous times the community communally turned a blind eye toward the butcher of hundreds of thousands of innocent people. The Holocaust was only but one of the first to expose the governments of the world's ignorance and lack of concern, as well as their continuing self-centeredness and negation of blame, thus leaving us with the worst crimes committable; Crimes against humanity.

Starting with the earliest and most commonly recognized genocides would be the Holocaust," the systematic, persecution and murder of approximately six million Jews by the Nazi regime and its collaborators."² The Nazis targeted Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals, Jehovah's Witnesses, Communists, twins, and the disabled. Those that were captured suffered sterilization, forced resettlement, separation from family and friends, beatings, torture, starvation, and death.
Individuals victimized in crimes against humanity may also endure the individually target crimes such as rape, enslavement, imprisonment, forced sterilization, pregnancy or sexual violence; Making crimes against humanity the most ruthless form of crime committed by any persons.
It didn't stop at the holocaust either, following the holocaust was another of the most memorable and merciless crimes committed by the American government; The bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
