Statement of the Problem
Jimmy Dean is a student about to start college and his PC died. He only has $750 to spend on a new PC and three months to find one before classes start.
Our name is Team Chaos
There are seven of us, Stephanie, Robyn, Andrew, Dre’Shawna, Himansu, Michelle and team leader Scott.
The six steps of problem solving are:
Research and define problem
Determine causes of problem
Generate solution for problem
Decide on best solution
Implement the solution
Evaluate the solution
We as a team used many research processes for solving the six steps. We started with present state and desired state, Dunker diagram, and priority analysis. After that we continued on with trouble shooting the analysis. Than we made a fish bone diagram elaborating more on in-depth thoughts. After that we analyzed the wants and needs and defined the pros and cons. After accomplishing these research steps we made a contingency plan, flow chart of all the research and ended with evaluating the solution.

Team Chaos used the present state and desired state to help understand exactly what Jimmy Dean needed and in what time frame he needed to accomplish his task. Team Chaos researched his present state and came up with many possible...
