Cyber bullying is a world wide problem that attacks others over the internet and messaging that has severe side affects the victims and the others around them, it’s more than sticks and stones. Cyber bullying also includes the bully hacking into the victim’s account and posting personal messages with others, false statements, or even pictures of the victim that weren't intended for anyone to see, now the entire world has access to see them. Some of the pictures can include unflattering or undesirable disturbing pictures of the victim, or a new trend that exposes sexually suggestive pictures and messages known as ‘Sexting’; these pictures could be shared with hundreds of others. Over 80% of teens are on their phones, making cell phones the medium of bullying, and 42% of them have reported being cyber bullied. Sadly, only one out of ten of those teens who’ve have been bullyied have told their parents or seeked out to an adult for help. Their parents who have been notified of their child being bullied, they can help by taking them to a support group where the victim can express their feeling on it and seek out professional help. Believe it or not, cyebrbullying can affect more than the directed victims. If the bullying causes the teen tok become depressed, then it could their peers, making their mood deflate also. So not only does cyberbulying affect that single teen, but it could affeect many other peers around them.

For a more serious side effect of cyberbullying, it could negatively affefct the health of the student. It could cause the victim to withdraw from postive incentives such as school or extracurricular activites. It could even bring the withdraw of chasing their dreams, for example if the student wanted to be a scientist or doctor, and they were very studious, they may be called a nerd or a lame because they stay at home and study instead of going out and partying. Or if they wanted to be a model for a specific agency and they only hired skinny...
