Safeguarding the integrity of your data against unauthorized alteration or destruction is a business challenge that must be addressed now. Vendors rely on their data to survive, and if not managed can bring an organization to their knees. Robust, accountable controls surrounding any form of output data from production is essential.
Government regulations require audit trails of data activity and incorrect data can lead to poor business decisions. Internal misuse, intentional or not, can do damage to your company's brand and result in lost customers. An organization must understand what vulnerabilities they have and need to address if they are to mitigate any breach.
