As part of leadership accountability efforts and to help employees attain competitive performance, all team members are expected to arrive to work on time are ready for work in their respective areas. Employees are encourage to maximize the use of work time and are expected to report on scheduled benches until the shift ends at 3:30 pm and 11:30pm for day shift and evening shift instead of 3:15pm and 11:15pm respectively. Employees not following the attendance guidelines will be disciplined as directed by organization policies. Our organization appreciates the hard work and conscientious efforts of the Core Laboratory team and we are grateful for our dedicated people who adhere to core values and support excellence in patient care.

First, the question will provide clear picture of whether the 30 minutes overlapping was effective or not. Second, it will also help to collect views from people or give different perspective or implementation of 30 minutes overlapping. In addition, Leadership team will be able to realize that productivity did not increased after implementation of 30 minutes overlapping, instead it increased the employee turnover as well as decreased the overall performance. Most importantly, the data analysis will help to reveal the relationship or trends between the 30 minutes overlapping and performance level.
