Decisions in Paradise Part 11
In this paper the Bearcats will evaluate the stages of decision-making steps. While in Decisions in Paradise part 1, the Bearcats organization is president in helping the island of Kava to understand the factors that are to be considered before implementing the decision. The Bearcats organization will evaluate the resources needed for this portion of the decision-making process. To make sure that the implementation takes place, the Bearcats organization must measure its process so that all plans are on track. The ethical implications and stakeholders evaluation on the solution will need evaluating so that the solution obtained properly takes place.
The Bearcats is a professional basketball organization that has moved its club to the island of Kava. The Bearcats is faced with the issues of numerous disasters on a regular basis. The Bearcats employees face ideologies, and organization and its operations. But still the Bearcats mission is to expand the operation services to the people of Kava. The Bearcats are currently experiencing interference from disasters in making progress to develop new ideas to help move Kava to improve the conditions after a disaster has accrued. So the Bearcats will address the needs by identifying the solutions, and develop clear decision-making techniques. Also, the Bearcats organization will address Kava’s ideologies and diverse attitudes. The Bearcats organization will work with the Kava population to develop a team atmosphere. The Bearcats will develop a method and use diversity to assist its organization. This could give the Bearcats an advantage toward outside competitors. “Organizations that do not manage diversity effectively will not be able to utilize the full potential of their worker, nor to survive and grow under increasingly complex and competitive business conditions” (Wentling, 1997).
