1. Introduction
After looking at the top 100 brands I have chosen Dell for my project. I’m a Dell laptop user myself. I have a Dell Inspiron and I’m very satisfied with its price and quality. The Dell Computer Corporation is a multinational technology corporation that develops, manufactures, sells, and supports personal computers and other computer-related products.
2. Qualitative characteristics
Dell has a simple mission statement, which is to be the most successful computer company in the world at delivering the best customer experience in the markets they served. In doing so, Dell will meet customer expectations of: highest quality, leading technology, competitive pricing, individual and company accountability, best-in-class service and support, flexible customization capability, superior corporate citizenship, and financial stability. Dell is committed to achieving financial success through ethical business practices which benefit its customers, shareholders, employees and the citizens of its global markets.
