The qualified decoloring oil come into the screw plate heat-exchanger to recover most heat and then come into the high pressure steam heater and achieve the process temperature(240-260) and then come into the deodorization tower.the deodorization tower combined type,the up layer is the structured feeding,mainly to remove the FFA and the odor. The down layer is plate tower,mainly have the hot decoloring effect.and also can reduce the peroxide value to zero.the oil come out form the deodorization tower will change heat with the crude oil when past the heat-exchanger.and then cooled at 80-85℃。After adding the antioxidant and flavoring agent then cooled under 50℃ to store. The fatty acid from deodorization will be catched by the feeding type catcher, the catched liquid is the low temperature(60-75℃）FFA。When the FA holding tank liquid level is too high,then will delivered into the FA storage tank.
