Description/Narration Paper
One who’s educated knows how to seek desired skills by identifying and utilizing available resources, breaking down the process required for learning a particular skill, and experimenting with different approaches. Many would describe the person they admire as some famous, or a politician, but the person I admire the most is real close to home. My aunt Sabrina Johnson is an educated, beautiful, and talented woman who has had much advancement in her career.
My aunt Sabrina reminds me of rose; so tough and so beautiful. She has a way of making you feel like fresh baked biscuits on Sunday morning. She so warm and comforting and has a way of making you feel like everything going to be ok. Although she’s nice and sweet my aunt can be very strict and can go strictly by the books. As a Vice principal of Terry Parker High School she has to be a little more forceful and demanding dealing with her students. I specifically remember coming home from school one day turning on the tv, and seeing my aunt on the news. Just taking a deep breathe thanking God she was ok, I quickly learned that one of her students brought a gun to school. The student attempted to shoot another student, when she spotted the gun and tackled him down to ground. Some were calling her a hero after the incident. Although she was a hero to those students that day, she’s a hero to me every day.
My aunt really inspires me to finish school and get my degree. She graduated with her Bachelors in 1998 with a degree in Specific Learning Disabilities education. She has her masters in Leadership and is certified in Law Enforcement for Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. Being well advanced in her career she has established a positive outlook for our youth today.
