To start, our marketing and expansion strategy, we will perform an assessment of our primary, and secondary primary market data. After completion we'll analyze our primary, and secondary market data to make a determination of the accuracy of our data market research. In addition, we will examine the need for an updated secondary data market research. The focus of the primary data research will be on a qualitative basis, the secondary data research will be based on quantitative collection method (Qubein, Nido, 2007).
Once all market data is analyzed, we will utilize e-commerce resources, as well as local radio commercial advertising to reach our target market. To achieve this, we will register with leading Internet search engines, and seek the radio listers that cater to our target audience. In addition to this, we will also seek advertisements on web sites that have over ten thousand or more hits a day. The sequence of advertising will be registration with the top Internet search engines followed by radio, in an effort to produce maximum advertising effectiveness. And since e-commerce is already an effective means of distributing product lines, our supply chain will already be in place, e.g., purchasing, inventory, shipping, and transportation (Westwood John, 2006).
The primary and secondary market data will reveal the leading competition, and research will indicate strategies used by the competition. We will gather and use this information to gain an advantageous hand on the competition. Our marketing team will use current technologies available in todays technological world, and as so, we will use our web page to show case our product expanded product line. This will not be our only means of advertising, our arsenal will also consist of television, clothing magazines.
