Introduction:
New type DZH Series Coal Fired Steam Boiler is single drum parallel water and fire tube steam boiler,the combustion equipment is moving grate.The boiler mainframe in general configuration adopts the form of drum overhead and bilateral symmetry of water wall tube and header.The drum is installed and welded by boiler barrel and front and back tube plates.It has high burning efficiency due to the spark retaining wall located in the interior of furnace.
This series of boiler adopts latest scientific research achievements,such as arched tube plate, thread smokestacks etc, solves the pot shell type boiler tube plate cracking, pan cone lower speed bulge, water-cooled wall tube explosion, low thermal efficiency, the output of coal quality issues such as insufficient, adaptability.

Application:
This DZH series coal fired steam boiler is ideal for heating, textile plant, rice mill, garment factory, utility or power plant, hospital, hotel, food & beverage, diaries, schools, chemical industry and more applications.

Burning Process:
The fuel goes into the furnace combustion via moving grate, flue gas produced during burning along the drum bottom through into the wings convection bank via the air outlet on the wing wall, through front smoke box into the threaded pipe, by the way of economizer, dust catcher, and then drawn by induced draft fan,through the chimney into the atmosphere.

Technical Advantages:
1. It uses arched tube plate and thread smokestacks constituted into the drum, reduces the stress.The fire tube inside of tube plate is single return instead of two-return, solves the problem of tube plate cracking.
2. The ascension pipes arranged at the bottom of drum,this make the sludge not easy to deposit,prevent the drum bottom swelling.
