Meeting deadlines is the most important because missing a deadline pushes the ship date farther than expected. Missing the deadlines causes everything to be back up and cause a lot of stress to get everything that was due that deadline and the next deadline finished. Meeting deadlines is the most crucial in finishing the book on time and getting it before the seniors graduate. Accuracy in the yearbook is the second important thing because without it can cause false information and confusion in naming people. Not having accuracy in the book can cause many people to call and complain about misspelled or inaccurate naming. Without accuracy, it makes the book look unprofessional and done at the last minute. The body copy is the next important thing because it is what makes the book other than the pictures. Without the body copy, no one would know about the achievements that the club or sport had. Completeness of the book is the next important thing in creating the book because without it would make the book have missing pieces like captions and photos making it look unprofessional and not catch the interest of many people. That makes design the least important thing in the book because it is one of the aspects that makes the book interesting.
A problem that I encountered this year while on the yearbook staff was when I was working on my languages spread. I could not find a member of the French club that would interview and I could not get any pictures for the French, Italian and International club. The only pictures that I had received were from the Spanish club. I began to bother the French, Italian and international counselors through email. When I got no response, I went and looked for them. When I did find them, they told me that I would get the pictures later in the week.
