Si Baldomero Aguinaldo (ika-27 ng Pebrero 1869—ika-4 ng Pebrero 1915) ay isang pinuno ng Himagsikang Pilipino. Isa siyang pinsan ni Emilio Aguinaldo at great grandfather ni Cesar Virata, dating Punong Ministro ng Pilipinas.
